Analyzing the Demand:

A request is raised by the company and our HR department takes over. Accesses the demand.

The HR team collaborates with the client for a deeper understanding of the requirements


We use different platforms to source candidates. Client Career site, Team SASPL, Job Boards and Different Sources from our huge network

Shortlisting of Candidates:

Shortlisting candidates on the basis of Skill/ Tech assessment, Education Criteria Match, Stability Check, Salary Match.

Interview Process:

We Schedule ,Coordinate interviews and review assessments, then help clientwith the finalization offer.

Making an Offer:

Once the client finalizes the offer, we initiate the approval process, documentation, finalize offer terms, and update in ATS.

Client Takes Over:

Once all the onboarding process is complete we close the process.
